 WHAT IS PPFW?

Prefabricated Prefinished Framed Walls (PPFW) system is prefabricated without floor and ceiling slab. It's a framed structure consisting of reinforced concrete columns and beams and walls in-filled with concrete. It shall include M&E services conduits, piping and box-outs embedded in walls and prefinished with windows and door frame encased in the walls and to the extent of the wall surfaces being treated with skim coat, painting and/or tiling which will be assembled at site as residential units. It's highly suitable for multi-stories buildings.
